More birthday???

Yes, you're right, one more day of my first birthday!  On Monday, Cindy, my daycare provider, had a birthday party for me to.  Can you believe it?  My friends at daycare sang and played pin the tail on the donkey.  I got to eat another cupcake and even got a new book that plays music.  By Monday night, I was ready for bed.  I took a little catnap from 5:00-6:00 and then went for bed at 8:00 and slept all the way through the night!

I celebrated my birthday all weekend long!!!

On Sunday, which was my actual birthday, I got to play with my cousins all morning before they had to drive home.  They sure did tire me out, because I needed to take a little nap in the afteroon to regain some energy.  For my birthday dinner, Mommy & Daddy took me to T.G.I Fridays.  I ate chicken strips and french fries.  The waiters and waitresses came out and sang "Happy Birthday"....I really do love that song!  I held my finger up in the air while they sang to show them I was one year old.  More sweets!!!  I got to eat ice cream to!  My mommy and daddy gave me my first four-wheeler!  I figured out how to press the button, so I can drive really fast without anyone helping me!

I turned 1 on January 24th, 2010!  My birthday weekend was filled with lots of exciting events and people.  On Saturday I had a birthday party with all of my family and friends.  Grandma and Grandpa Torkelson, Grandma & Grandpa Oster, Great-Grandpa Oster, Tim, Angie, Kenna, Addison, Evan, Logan, Joe, Jill, Madison, Anna, Shana, Jim, Makayla, Kolten, Annika, Great-Aunt Cheryl, Great-Uncle Paul, A.J., Larry, Taylor, & Leighton made it to my party.  I had a very colorful and fun birthday cake.  There was even my own special cupcake that I ate all by myself!  The frosting gave me a little tummy ache later that night, but it was worth it.  My favorite part of my birthday party was when everyone sang to me, I smiled from ear to ear...it's my new favorite song!  I got some new clothes and lots of fun toys to play with.
